Here’s my truth: stress almost stopped me—and now I help others make sure it never stops them. Howdy, I’m Heather Holloway, a dynamic speaker and creative facilitator on a mission to help leaders, high performers, and everyday difference-makers reclaim their calm, refuel their joy, and show up at their best, without sacrificing themselves along the way.

In 2022, I was running a business, planning a wedding, and carrying the weight of family loss—all while ignoring the sharp pain in my chest that felt like a ticking clock. I was exhausted, angry, glued to my phone, and convinced I had a one-way ticket to a heart attack.

That was my breaking point.

A friend sat me down and said, “You can’t continue like this.” So I didn’t. I detoxed from the noise, discovered the power of mindfulness, and began piecing together a new way of living.

What I found saved my life. And it became the foundation for my CALM System of Living, a framework that turns stress into strength and helps people create capacity for everything they want to do, be, and have.

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a ride, top down, music up, wind in our hair, with a clear road ahead.

This is transformation through lived experience. I’ve used the CALM System to grow my business, strengthen my relationships, and show up fully in every room I enter. And I’ll teach your people how to do the same.

Through my Stress Less, Serve More platform, I’ve spoken at conferences, retreats, and corporate gatherings across the country. Audiences tell me they walk away lighter, sharper, and more empowered with practical tools they can use immediately to lead, work, and live better.

As the Founder and President of Holloway Media Services, I’ve built a company that helps high performers take the stress out of social media so they can focus on their bigger mission.

But my real passion? Helping people stop burnout before it stops them. Through Stress Less, Serve More, I equip leaders, executives, high performers, and entrepreneurs with the tools to:

Driven by a strong bias for action, I inspire intentional growth in peoples’ personal and professional lives as both a partner and mirror. I champion creatives, leaders, and younger generations, always seeking to unlock untapped potential.
